Your Opportunity

  • Work with designated territory of customers to analyze existing business processes around their usage of Autobase CRM
  • Formulate methodologies and industry best practice solutions and transfer those into a deliverable, measurable action plan
  • Create and deliver high impact meetings and presentations to key dealership personnel
  • Build deep relationships with dealership employees at all levels
  • Manage escalation of issues and follow thru to ensure issues are remedied
  • Provide detailed meeting recaps and documentation on follow up items
  • Support renewal efforts via presenting and obtaining renewal contracts
  • Recommend and sell additional products and services based on dealer needs
  • Seek out and maintain an expert level of knowledge on the Autobase CRM product as well as a good level of knowledge on all Dominion Dealer Solutions products and services.  


Contribute Your Knowledge and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years employment at Autobase in a customer facing role or 3 years experience in an automotive retail environment or as an automotive vendor
  • Demonstrate previous experience working with high level dealership personnel
  • Determined and focused on customer satisfaction and the ability to overcome issues
  • Working knowledge of dealership processes and an ability to create, train and implement best practices around Autobase usage
  • Knowledge or ability to learn the Autobase at an expert level
  • Ability to develop and perform consultative sessions based on needs discovery with client
  • Experience with Automotive CRM
  • Experience in creating and delivering high impact, face-to-face presentations as well as web meetings with business owners
  • Excellent communication, organization, multi-tasking and planning skills
  • Previous experience utilizing PowerPoint and Excel is required
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Previous sales or experience supporting a territory of customers is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% is required
