Search Engine Marketing Internship

Trader Interactive, the leading online classifieds marketplace and marketing software solutions provider to commercial and recreational dealers (www.traderinteractive.com), seeks a successful individual to join our Search Services team as a Search Engine Marketing Intern. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a high energy level and great attention to detail.
This position will work closely with the Search Services team to help develop and implement search engine efforts with the objective of bringing qualified visitors to dealer websites within each of our industries: RV, heavy trucks and equipment.
This person will also:
- Work directly with the Search Services Supervisor to provide reporting and analysis on client performance.
- Gather industry research and trade intelligence to determine campaign needs for each client.
- Work with the Search Services team to gather data for monthly client reports.
- Help in creating and optimizing campaigns to be run within Google and Bing.
- Gather spend data for each paid search client on a weekly basis.
- Work cooperatively with all members of the Commercial & RV Web Services team.
- Provide assistance with a range of additional projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to learn quickly and acquire a basic knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (no experience necessary).
- Experience with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint a must).
- Ability to work independently and display good time management.
- Strong writing skills; highly organized.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Marketing/Advertising, Computer Programming, Communications, or equivalent work experience. This is a non-paid internship.
