Consider Your Opportunity   

  1. Create new listings and maintain updates to existing listings on ForRent.com
    • Build ads and content on the site, including locating and adding data to new listings, leveraging knowledge of SEO best practices, adding and organizing photos, and utilizing amenities to select Ad Spotlights
    • Leverage your understanding of all the tabs present on the Management Console
  2. Work with other team members on product creation, workflow and timely completion of orders
  3. Assist customers and City offices in troubleshooting issues on ForRent.com and the Management Console
  4. Handle direct customer communication to obtain collateral needed to fulfill orders
  5. Prepare and email Welcome Kits to new advertisers
  6. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide feedback on how to incorporate product features and benefits into the Plano workflow


Requirements

  1. One to two years achievement in customer service/data entry
  2. Skilled at creatively presenting information 
  3. Personal strengths and business competencies include customer focus, creativity, drive for results, problem solving, great customer service, excellence in every undertaking, written and verbal communications, peer relationships, priority setting, team player, perform with little management supervision, organizing, work ethic, understanding others, time management, integrity and trust
