Dominion Enterprises, the photo guide/classified publication industry leader in the US (www.dominionenterprises.com ), seeks an energetic person to join our fast paced team in the Tallahassee Billing Department.   

This position will primarily be responsible for daily billing processes for multiple business units under the Dominion Enterprises umbrella. We seek to hire a critical thinker responsible for all Accounts Receivable functions including:

  • Recurring billing
  • Cancellations
  • Answering credit card chargeback disputes
  • Price reduction orders and contract modifications
  • Manual invoice entry for non-recurring items and sales. 
  • Email/IM/F2F support from Customer Service groups in Tallahassee, Boca Raton, Norfolk as well as other satellite offices
  • Email/IM support from sales groups in Norfolk, Boca Raton and San Diego
  • Resolving billing requests
  • Inbound telephone calls from customers when applicable
  • Entering cash from RDS printouts into Great Plains and applying payments
  • Customer CC updates and credit card processing
  • Special Projects as needed
  • Great Plains to CRM audits
  • Participate in month-end close processes


Requirements

  1. Strong analytical skills 
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft CRM
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  4. Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  5. Experience with working with off-site personnel 
  6. Strong problem-solving skills
  7. Flexible; ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  8. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize and accurately manage daily responsibilities to meet tight deadlines
  9. Self-motivated; willing and able to take on additional responsibilities and be forward-thinking

DESIRED:

  1. Experience with SalesForce
  2. Familiar with Kanban methodology
  3. Experience with Google applications
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  5. Experience with Great Plains billing systems
  6. Knowledge of ePay
