BDC Account Manager
Dominion Dealer Solutions (www.drivedominion.com), a division of Dominion Enterprises, is recruiting for a BDC Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully contact prospective customers. Responsibilities will include calling on prospective customers to develop leads for our outside sales reps and handling inbound calls to our sales line.
- Outbound calling to prospective customers regarding our product set
- Inbound call routing and lead evaluation.
- Usage of our CRM for managing all communications
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous successful track record with sales and/or account management.
- Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask daily
- Focused on customer satisfaction and to overcome obstacles
